I meant to send this compliment much earlier, but always found it difficult to find the chance to.
Ms. Stephanie Heng of Yellow Bus Services truly deserves commendation. Ms Heng is always very punctual and accurate in providing us with updates on early and late dismissals (sometimes even before the school informs us), and is patient with very good customer service.
I wish the bus services of all other schools also provide such valuable updates.
My daughter also tells me that her current bus captain drives very safely and always ensures that the children are seated safely or off the bus before driving off. She also mentions that he is very kind and friendly, and declined to provide his name when she asked for it to be mentioned in this compliment.
All in, I have no hesitation in providing Yellow Bus with a perfect score when CHIJ OLGC requests for feedback, and will also indicate that it would be their loss if they do not renew the contract in the coming year.

Despite a language barrier, as he only speaks mandarin, this driver has gone above and beyond his duties to assist a passenger. On two separate occassions, this driver has made impressive efforts to return a passenger's belonging. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to go the extra mile by coming to us directly, rather than expecting us to collect the item from him. The driver is also patient and persistent in overcoming the language barrier as to ensure the item was returned safely. He waited for us and tried his utmost to communicate, and this has demonstrated a commendable level of dedication. Such examplary conduct reflects positively on your company and sets a high standard for customer service in public transportation.
